1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 777pp platform and all its services. "777pp", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the 777pp online gaming and betting service. "Member", "player", or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform.

By opening an account at 777pp or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform.

Key Definitions

• Account: A member's personal registered account through which they access all 777pp services.
• Balance: The monetary amount held in a member's account (real money and bonus funds are tracked separately).
• Bonus: Additional benefits granted by the platform, which are withdrawable subject to meeting specified conditions.
• Wagering Requirement: The total bet amount that must be placed before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Services: All games, betting, and other online entertainment services provided by 777pp.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services at 777pp:

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

3. Account Management and Security

• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 777pp platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposited funds are generally added to the account promptly. In special circumstances, a slight delay may occur due to the verification process.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If an active bonus is present, winnings earned from that bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 777pp may carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

777pp offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members and various promotional benefits for existing members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Another example: Depositing ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus).

Example: Receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• A member may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Standard withdrawal limits will apply before withdrawing winnings earned through a bonus.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply when betting and playing games on the 777pp platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error on the platform is proven.
• 777pp reserves the right to recover any winnings incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.
• The individual rules of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) may also apply.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, 777pp may investigate the account and place a hold on payments.

Sports Betting

In sports betting, market rules may vary depending on the type of event. Before placing bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA), and other sports, please read the terms for the relevant market.

7. VIP Program

The 777pp VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and additional benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tiers advance through regular play. Additional benefits and special offers are available at each tier. 777pp reserves the right to change the VIP program terms, cashback rates, and tier advancement criteria at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777pp platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Applying coordinated betting strategies to exploit or circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or networks.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

777pp may investigate, suspend, or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a violation of the terms is proven or suspected.
• If registration was completed using a false identity or false information.
• If age verification fails.
• If evidence of participation in prohibited activities is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (detailed inactivity policy will be communicated separately).

Voluntary Closure by Member

Any member may contact the 777pp support team at any time to request permanent closure of their account. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid balance (subject to conditions being met) may be withdrawn.

10. Limitation of Liability

777pp is not responsible for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device malfunction.
• Delays or errors caused by third parties (payment providers, game developers).
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) — natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the member's own negligence.
